PLEASE READ CAREFULLY WHEN MAKING A BOOKING.
Terms and Conditions (Form C1)
1. Bookings
1.1. Once a booking for an agreed period has been made then the period will be provisionally booked for you (the customer).
1.2. A deposit of 50% will be required to completely secure the booking. Deposits will be refundable up to 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the period booked. Deposits will be non-refundable after the aforementioned date.
1.3. Payment in full is required no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the period booked.
1.4. Should the period booked be less than 8 weeks prior to it’s commencement the full amount will be required to secure your booking.
1.5. Failure to adhere to points 1.1., 1.2., 1.3., 1.4. will result in the cancellation of the booking and Wildside Fishing reserves the right to re-open the period to other customers without further notice.
2. Cancellation
Acceptance of the the offer and terms provided by Wildside Fishing in writing or per e-mail renders the customer responsible for forfeit of the initial deposit in the event of any cancellations. The remainder of the full amount, when applicable, shall be re-paid to the customer by Wildside Fishing.
3. Insurance
3.1. Wildside Fishing accepts no liability whatsoever for damage, injury or loss to any persons or belongings, nor shall they be responsible for any adverse weather conditions or acts of God.
3.2. Wildside Fishing strongly advises the customer to have purchased insurance before the commencement of the period. It shall be the responsibility of the customer, not Wildside Fishing to ensure this recommendation is met.
3.3 It is the responsibility of the customer, and not Wildside Fishing, to ensure any children in their care are supervised by an adult at all times.
4. Health and Safety
4.1. Wildside Fishing would strongly advise that advice of the guide be adhered to at all times.
4.2. No member of the group is to leave the main party without prior consultation and agreement with guide.
4.3. Potentially dangerous weather conditions, such as electric storms, are unfishable with guide and Wildside Fishing.
4.4. Flotation devices to be worn at all times when fishing from boats. Boat fishing can only be done with consent of fishery and not without prior consultation and agreement with guide. The customer is responsible for their conduct and safety at all times.
4.5. Evidence of existing health complaints that could impede or potentially place the customer in danger must be provided prior to the commencement of the period. It shall be the responsibility of the customer, not Wildside Fishing to ensure this recommendation is met.
5. General
5.1 The following will not be tolerated by Wildside Fishing:
5.1.1. Litter left in countryside. All litter to be taken with customer.
5.1.2. Killing of fish when not permitted or killing of undersized fish.
5.1.3. Lighting of fires without permission or supervision.
5.1.4. Damage to trees or plants.
5.1.5. Any of the aforementioned points 5.1.1. – 5.1.4. will serve as an immediate termination of the agreement between Wildside Fishing and the customer. Refund of payment in full from Wildside Fishing to the customer will not apply for the aforementioned points.
5.2. Damage to boats or any equipment supplied via Wildside Fishing must be reported immediately to guide.
5.3. It is the responsibility of the customer, and not Wildside Fishing, to ensure that point 5.1.1 to 5.1.4 and 5.2. are adhered to at all times.
6. Guide
6.1. The guide is provided to assist you during your period. The working hours of the guide will remain flexible to accommodate the wishes of the customer. The guide will not be responsible for the health and safety of the customer during the period.
6.2. The guide will have the final say in any matter regarding angling with Wildside Fishing (see section 4). Failure to comply may terminate the agreement between Wildside Fishing and the customer. Refund of payment in full from Wildside Fishing to the customer may not apply for the aforementioned 6.1. – 6.2.
7. Complaints
Complaints from the customer to Wildside Fishing should be immediately reported toAndrew Hogg and then confirmed in writing within 7 days. Failure to do so shall result in the matter being taken no further by Wildside Fishing.
